Our five-step installation process

- Remove existing coating, if needed. Mechanically remove old paint, epoxy or coatings with diamond grinding. Removal is included only when stated in your quote.
- Prepare the concrete. Diamond grind the surface and repair the cracks and imperfections included in the agreed scope.
- Apply ONYX epoxy prime base coat. A moisture-mitigating base coat creates a strong bond with the prepared concrete.
- Broadcast decorative flakes. Fully broadcast your chosen blend into the wet base coat for a uniform finish.
- Apply polyaspartic topcoat. A UV-stable, chemical-resistant topcoat protects the finished floor.
Prepare your garage and plan for curing
Clear all floor belongings before the crew arrives. Typical installation is 8 AM to 2–3 PM, with same-day completion.
Plan for three days of limited garage use. Follow the crew’s specific release instructions; cure times can vary with conditions.
